Shipping

We offer free shipping on all New Zealand & Australia orders over $100.

There is a flat-rate shipping charge for orders under $100 as follows:

New Zealand - $7.99 nationwide
Australia - $7.99 nationwide

There are no additional charges for rural deliveries.

All items shown on our website are stocked in our Auckland-based warehouse.

We aim to ship all weekday orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed. Please allow enough time for the delivery of your items. Shipping delays are possible so please account for this when placing an order with us.

We ship the majority of our orders with NZ Post.

Please note that during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and following public holidays, couriers typically take longer to deliver.

North Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.

South Island: Overnight/standard courier service. Please allow 1-4 days for delivery.

Rural deliveries: These will take an additional 2-3 days. Please allow up to a week for delivery.

Australia: Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery.

Click & Collect: If you are based in Auckland, you are welcome to place a click and collect order.  Please select 'local pick up' during the checkout process.

Collection is from our sister business The Party Room's Auckland warehouse - 4/152 Lansford Crescent, Avondale.

We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 1.00pm and Saturday 10am - midday. We are closed on public holidays and over long weekends.
